Refund policy
RETURNS
Please note that we do not accept returns on items without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered. Each item is made-to-order to avoid overproduction and keep things sustainable! Please double-check your size and preferences before placing your order — to review our sizing chart, follow this link.
Damages and Issues - Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at fakefansinfo@gmail.com if the item is misprinted, defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims must be submitted within a week after the product has been received.
Packages lost in transit - All claims must be submitted at fakefansinfo@gmail.com no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. We will then send you a replacement order at no cost!
Wrong Address - If you provide a wrong shipping address or an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at fakefansinfo@gmail.com.
European Union right of withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after the package has been received, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the costs of postage and packaging. A refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive your returned item.
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Therefore, we reserve rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
